REMOTE SUPPORT
AimSoft staff provide remote assistance exclusively via AnyDesk. Elevated privileges are required to resolve most issues.
β Open a support ticket or PM us directly by clicking the envelop icon on staff online block
β‘ Install & launch AnyDesk β paste your Address / Session ID in the ticket or in PM
β’ Only accept connections from verified AimSoft staff
β£ If prompted with Request elevation or a UAC prompt β click Yes
β Important: Never accept a remote session from anyone outside of AimSoft verified staff. If unsure, disconnect and open a new ticket.
