IMPORTANT NOTICE Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Requests are evaluated based on delivery confirmation, service availability, and verified technical outcomes. Game account bans are not eligible for refunds regardless of circumstances.

General Policy

All purchases are considered final once access is delivered. Keys are issued and HWID-bound instantly on payment confirmation. However, we may approve a refund when one of the eligible scenarios below is verified and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

We always attempt resolution (patch, replacement, extension) before issuing a monetary refund, as this is faster for you.

Eligible Refund Scenarios
TECHNICAL FAILURE
  • Cheat does not function on a verified supported environment after troubleshooting
  • Critical defects prevent any normal use
  • We cannot provide a working fix within 7 days of the first support contact
  • Loader fails to inject on a clean, supported OS with no conflicting software
DELIVERY / BILLING ERRORS
  • Access was not delivered despite confirmed payment or credit deduction
  • Duplicate charges for the same order confirmed by transaction records
  • Extended service outage prevents access for a material portion of the purchased period (>48h)
  • Wrong product delivered due to our platform error

Not Eligible for Refund
  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or buyer's remorse
  • Issues caused by unsupported OS, third-party AV/software conflicts, or user environment changes after working use
  • Account compromise from sharing credentials or failing to secure your account
  • Violation of our Terms of Service (key sharing, multi-account, HWID spoof attempts)
  • Requests submitted outside the 7-day refund window
  • Cheat worked at time of purchase but a subsequent anti-cheat update reduced effectiveness
  • Features advertised as experimental or "rage-only" that carry higher detection risk

Bans & Detection Events
GAME ACCOUNT BANS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Using cheats carries inherent risk of game account bans. A ban event — whether from AC signature detection, server-side behavioral analysis, player reports, or manual review — is not eligible for a monetary refund under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • VAC bans, EAC bans, BattlEye bans, hardware bans, or shadow bans
  • Bans that occur during an UNDETECTED status (server-side detection is outside our bypass scope)
  • Bans resulting from report waves or manual anti-cheat reviews
  • Bans on secondary or borrowed game accounts

If you believe a ban occurred while our product was in UPDATE/OFFLINE status and you injected by mistake, open a ticket with evidence — we will investigate on a goodwill basis.

Refund Window

Days from purchase date. Requests must be submitted within 7 days and include sufficient detail to verify the issue. If troubleshooting is ongoing, the 7-day window applies to the date of the first support contact, not the final resolution.

How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket
Go to support.php and create a new ticket. Use subject: "Refund Request — [Product Name]".

Include your order details
Provide your transaction ID, license ID, and the product name. Both are visible in Dashboard → Transactions and Dashboard → Licenses.

Describe the problem clearly
Explain what went wrong, what you tried, and the outcome. Attach screenshots or error logs where possible.

Allow troubleshooting
Our team will attempt to resolve the issue first. Refunds are only issued when resolution is not possible.

Await decision
We confirm eligibility and provide a decision within 3–5 business days after verification is complete.

  • Full refund — if eligible and verified (fastest for billing errors)
  • Account credits — faster processing, available immediately on approval
  • Replacement / re-provision — new key or access restore
  • Service extension — additional time added to your subscription
PROCESSING TIMELINE
  • Decision: typically 3–5 business days after verification
  • Credit refunds: applied within 24h of decision
  • Payment reversal (Stripe/card): 5–10 business days via provider
  • Crypto refunds: processed to provided wallet within 2 business days of decision

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support first — we resolve billing errors quickly and without requiring a formal dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without prior contact will result in automatic account suspension while the dispute is open. If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, the account may be permanently terminated with no further refund eligibility.

Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature — payment disputes for crypto must be resolved through our support system.
