• Payment processors — Stripe, NOWPayments, CryptAPI receive transaction references to process payments. Card numbers are never stored by us.
• Hosting and infrastructure — server providers process data to run the platform. We use providers that maintain appropriate data controls.
• Legal compliance — we may disclose data to comply with valid legal requests, court orders, or to prevent imminent harm.
• Security enforcement — HWID and IP data may be shared with other platform operators in verified cheat-detection or fraud-prevention contexts.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We apply industry-standard protections and respond to incidents promptly.

We retain data as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

• Active account data: retained while the account is open
• HWID logs: retained for fraud-prevention purposes for up to 12 months after last activation
• Transaction records: retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance
• Support tickets: retained for up to 2 years after closure
• Deleted accounts: most data purged within 30 days; some records retained as required by law
