A private channel is created instantly — visible only to you and the support team. **Private & Secure** Your ticket channel is completely private. No other members can see it. Discuss your issue freely without worrying about others reading the conversation. **Auto-Expiry System** To keep things clean, tickets that go inactive receive an automatic reminder. If there's still no response after the reminder period, the ticket is closed automatically. This prevents ghost tickets from piling up. **Extend & Manage** Support staff can extend ticket deadlines if more time is needed, or set custom expiry windows for complex issues. You'll always be notified before a ticket closes. **Full Logging** Every ticket action — open, close, remind, expire — is logged in a dedicated channel.
